Salty Saba Store Terms of Sale

These terms apply to print products and digital downloads ordered through Salty Saba at https://www.saltysaba.com and its linked Pixieset store. The seller is Hermann Mitchell Associates, LLC, doing business as Salty Saba MD (“Salty Saba,” “we,” or “us”). Questions or order help: SaltySabaMD@gmail.com.

1  Your order

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and, for digital images, the Digital Image License presented at checkout. These terms also apply when an authorized coupon reduces your order total to zero. A purchase does not book a photography session or fishing trip. Any such service requires a separate agreement.

Review your selected images, quantities, product options, crop, shipping address, and email address before ordering. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We accept your order when we send it for production or release the digital files. If we cannot accept or fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for that item and its applicable charges.

2  Prices and payment

The product price, currency, discounts, and any applicable tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed unless the total is zero. Prices may change for future orders. We will not add a price increase to your submitted order without your agreement. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to offer a correction or cancellation with a refund.

Coupons apply only to the products, quantities, recipients, and dates stated in the offer. A coupon does not expand the image license. A zero-dollar checkout is a real order and may trigger production or digital delivery.

3  Print products and appearance

Prints are made to order. Selected products may be produced and shipped directly by our professional print lab, including White House Custom Colour (WHCC), through Pixieset. Salty Saba remains your contact for order problems.

Only the items described in the product listing are included. Frames, mats, mounting, and borders are included only when expressly listed. Review whether dimensions refer to the paper, image area, or finished framed product. A border or mat may make the visible image smaller than the stated paper or overall size. Ask us before ordering if the listing is unclear.

Different print proportions may require cropping. Review the available crop preview carefully; contact us before ordering if an important detail may be cut off. Screen brightness and calibration, paper, and printing processes can cause reasonable color and tonal differences. These normal variations do not excuse a defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly produced item.

4  Production and shipping

Production time and shipping time are separate. Any stated estimates are based on the selected product and shipping method; they are not a guaranteed arrival date unless we expressly agree otherwise. If a print shipment will miss the stated shipping time, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law. Where no shipping time is stated, applicable legal shipping deadlines still apply.

Contact us promptly about an incorrect address, tracking problem, missing package, or delivery issue. We will help investigate with the lab or carrier. If an address you supplied requires reshipping, we will explain any additional cost and obtain your approval before charging it. These terms do not transfer all shipping risk to you or limit remedies required by law.

5  Cancellations and change of mind

Email us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Automated production and digital delivery can begin quickly, so a request is not a confirmed cancellation. We will confirm whether the order can be changed or stopped.

Because print products are made for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges after production begins. For digital products, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after the ordered files have been made available for download. These limits do not apply to missing, damaged, defective, wrong, or materially misdescribed products, delivery failures, or any cancellation or refund right provided by law.

6  Damaged or incorrect items and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, email SaltySabaMD@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description. Photos of the item and packaging can help us resolve a print problem. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue; please contact us before returning anything.

We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund, as applicable and as required by law. You will not be responsible for reasonable return or replacement shipping caused by our error or a defective item. Approved monetary refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. A refund of a zero-dollar item does not create a cash payment.

7  Digital delivery and file access

Digital products contain only the finished JPEG images and resolution described in the listing. RAW files, unedited originals, and editing project files are not included. After checkout is processed, delivery is normally by an emailed download link. Check your spam folder and contact us if the link is missing, fails, or contains the wrong files. We will help restore access, correct the files, or provide an appropriate refund if we cannot deliver the purchased product.

Download and back up your files promptly. Any stated download or gallery expiry is an access deadline, not the end of your license to properly downloaded files. We do not promise permanent gallery hosting or indefinite file storage.

8  Rights and applicable terms

Buying a print does not transfer copyright or include a digital file or reproduction license. Digital image use, including permitted resizing, cropping, and compression and the limits on other edits and removal of branding, is governed by the separate Digital Image License. These terms do not grant permission for us to use your likeness in advertising or our portfolio. Any such permission will be handled separately.

Florida law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing here waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable payment-dispute rights.
